About Me

Hello! I'm a self-taught painter originally from the snowy landscapes of Duluth, MN, now based in St. Paul. After earning degrees in mathematics and statistics, I spent a year and a half in corporate America before realizing my true passion lay in art. I began by creating pet portraits for friends and family, and eventually expanded to reach a larger audience.
Transitioning from the black-and-white world of math to the vibrant realm of art has been liberating for me. Since going professional, I’ve participated in over ten art fairs and have been commissioned to create posters for events like the Schmidt Art Crawl, the Sounds of Schmidt, and the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon. One of my notable projects included painting an Adirondack chair that was showcased at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis, and I've had the joy of shipping my art worldwide.
Currently, I sell my work online and through local stores such as I Like You and I Like You Too in the Twin Cities, as well as the Stillwater Art Guild in Stillwater, MN.
